Jacob Langston Complains to me one of his Majstys Justeaces of sd 
County on 18th of October in the year 1769 he had two Horse and a pig 
(pig is crossed out) Stolen out of his incloseurs and he has greate 
cause to beleave and sespect William Tyler Late of the said County to 
have felonesly Taken the said Horses and a pig (pig is crossed out) 
Contrary to Law and agst his Majstys Peace.

These are therefore in his Majstys name to Comd you to take into your 
safe custety the Body of the said Tyler and him cause to appear before 
me or aney other Justeace for the said County to be Delt with as the 
Law Dericts hearin faill not Given under my hand and seall this 23d Day 
of July 1770.
