Jacob Langston Complains to me one of his Majstys Justeaces of the sd County 
on 18th of October in the year 1769 he had two Horse and pig Stolen out of 
his incloseurs and that he has greate cause to beleave and sespect William 
Tyler Late of the said County to have felonesly Taken the said Horses and pig
Contrary to Law and ags't his Majstys Peace

These are therefore in his Majstys name to Com'd you to take into your safe
custety the Body of the said Tyler and him cause to appear before me or aney 
other Justeace for the County to be Delt with as the Law Dericts hearein faill 
not Given under my hand seall this 23d Day of July 1770
