Surveyed for Isaac HINES a plantation containing Three Hundred acres of land in 
the County of Dobbs on the South side of Neuse River on the upper side of 
Panther Creek, Beginning at a pine and Runs S 70 E 72 poles to a Black Jack in 
Jesse PIPKINS line with his line N 20 E 140 poles to his corner a Red Oak then 
with his line again S 70 E 66 poles to a Stake in Panther Creek in or near his 
own line with or near his own line N 12 E 320 poles to a Stake then West 108 
poles to a pine in or near WHITFIELD’S line then S 12 W 210 poles to a pine then 
W 84 poles to a Stake thence to the Beginning.
