Surveyed the 29th March 1769 by Warrant for Isaac HYNES, a plantation Containing 
Five hundred and Ninety Acres of Land in Dobbs County on the Southside of Neuse 
River on the head of Panther Creek beginning at a Hickory in or near Jesse 
PIPKIN’S line, Running W 160 poles to a Red Oak then S 360 poles to a pine then 
E 360 poles to a pine near Polley Bridge Branch then N 134 poles to a white oak 
then W 200 poles to and with Francis BENTONS line to a pine said BENTON’S 
corner, —- and from thence N 2 Degr’s E 220 poles to the first Station as the 
above plotted by a Scale of 100 Poles to an Inch.
