2 Jul 1784 - Hillary Taylor of county and state aforesaid deed to Nathan 
Lassiter, 200 pounds for 100 acres in Dobbs County adjacent to the north 
side of Great Contentnea Creek, part of a patent granted to Hillary Taylor 
13 Aug 1783, Taylor's line, Taylor's Branch, Mear's Branch, Murphy Dixons 
line.
Witnesses: Benja Caswell and Jesse Lassiter
Dobbs County July Court 1784
