Dobbs County, NC - 1790 Election

           Dobbs County }

I hereby certify that at an Election begun and held on the second
Thursday and Friday in August last at the Court House in Kinston
in the County aforesaid Willioughby Williams and Joshua Croom were
duly elected for the Commons by a majority of voters To Represent
the said County in General Assembly the present year

Octr 10th 1790                     Ben Shepperd Sheriff
