Acres of Land in Dobbs County on the North Side of Falling Creek Begining at a 
pine his own Corner of a Tract Granted to John Fort and runs with the sd. Line 
So. 188 poles to a pine, thence No. 52 E. 88 poles to Luke Pipkins line thence 
No. 10 W. 120 poles to Said Pipkins Corner thence No. 20 Et. 212 poles to a 
Large Hickory in or Near Joshua Granthams line thence W. 320 poles to a pine 
thence So. 20 W. 200 poles to Joseph Pipkins line thence a direct line to the 
Begining.
