of Dobbs the North side of Neuse River Below Mackason swamp Begining at Tho's 
Wises Co'r Red Oak near Joseph Sanderfurs Line thence runing along sd Tho's 
Wises Line No. 40 Wt. 140 poles to his Corner Pine thence along his other line 
No. 50 Et. 158 poles to a Red Oak, thence No. 49 Wt. 140 poles to a White Oak 
on Mockason swamp near James Wises Co'r then down the Courses of sd swamp with 
John Blackmans Corner 260 poles to a sweet gum in John Bryans Line thence So 
63 Et. 308 poles to the first Station.
