Surveyed for Francis Cogdell One hundred and thirty five acres of Land in the 
afs'd County on the North side of little River Joyning William Rayfords Lines 
on both sides of Dennis's or Jarrells branch Begining at a White Oak an Elbow 
tree on said Rayfords line the East side of sd Branch Thence runing No. 180 
poles to a stake by a Black Jack Thence a Cross said Branch Wt. 180 poles to a 
stake Between a marked pine and Black Jack, thence So 75 poles to a pine an 
Elbow tree on said Rayfords old line near a small Pocoson, thence along said 
Line Et. 104 poles to his Corner pine on the West side of said Jarrells 
Branch, thence down the same with his line So. 105 poles to his other line, 
thence along the same Et. 76 poles to the first Station.
