Surveyed for Mr. John Pipkin the above plan in Dobbs County on Falling Creek 
Begining at a Red Oak Lewis Bryants Corner tree Thence runing along his Line 
So 65 E 320 pole to a Red Oak the Co'r of John Pipkins old Land thence So 70 E 
along Cogdells Line 80 pole to a Sweet Gum thence No 40 E 80 po to the run of 
the Swamp or Thomas Bisels Line then along the same No 70 Wt 80 pole, thence 
No 65 W 257 pole to Joseph Pipkins Line Then along his Lines to the first 
Station Including 180 Acres Surveyed December the 27th 1762
