Copied 1953 by Lola Lee BRUINGTON, Pensacola, Fla. (The WILLIAMS is a family name. Robert DICKSON was a major in the Revolution and Robert SLOAN was a private in that war.) MARRIAGES Williams DICKSON was married to Margaret SLOAN, Thursday, 21 Oct. 1813. J.R. CHAPMAN was married to B. A. DICKSON, March 20, 1833. R. S. DICKSON and J. WILDER were married July 2, 1834. Williams DICKSON and Mary C. JOHNSTON married March 17, 1834. BIRTHS Williams DICKSON, son of Robert DICKSON and Barbary SHEFFIELD was born March 20, 1790. Margaret SLOAN, daughter of Robert and Mary SLOAN was born March 26, 1793. Robert Sloan DICKSON, son of Williams and Margaret DICKSON, born Friday, 30 Sept. 1814, morning at 2 o'clock. Barbary Ann DICKSON, daughter of M. and W. DICKSON, born Aug. 21, 1816. Williams David DICKSON, son of M. and W. DICKSON, born Sept. 4, 1818. Mary Susan DICKSON, daughter of M. and W. DICKSON, born Dec. 13, 1819. Isabella Jane DICKSON, daughter of M. and W. DICKSON, born April 10, 1824. Edward Robinson DICKSON, born Dec. 14, 1827; son of Williams and Margaret DICKSON. Martha Washington DICKSON, born June 13, 1829; daughter of Williams and Margaret DICKSON. Thomas Johnston DICKSON, son of Mary and Williams DICKSON, born Dec. 1837. DEATHS Mary Susan DICKSON, died 8 Nov. 1823. Isabella Jane DICKSON, died Oct. 28, 1826. Margaret DICKSON, wife of Williams DICKSON, died Oct. 18, 1831; at Aspolaga, Middle Florida. (NB, they moved to Florida just before this-LLB) Williams DICKSON, died March 10, 1840, Jackson County, West Florida, at Ten Miles Mill. Barbara Ann DICKSON, wife of John Robert CHAPMAN, died May 9, 1909 at Pensacola, Fla., buried St. Michael's Cemetery. Edward Robinson DICKSON, died at Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 1903, buried at Coal Creek near Knoxville. p. 170 Samuel Winburn LANDRUM Bible, Pensacola, Florida. He was Captain in CSA in Alabama. Samuel Winburn LANDRUM and Mary Susan CHAPMAN married in Pensacola, Florida, by W. A. CARTER, Presbyterian Minister, Jan. 29, 1873. He was born Oct. 25, 1834. She was born Nov. 16, 1848. He died Pensacola, Oct. 29, 1896; buried St. Michael's Cemetery. She died Pensacola, Sept. 29, 1930, buried St. Michael's Cemetery.
