!COURT RECORDS-Duplin County-Superior Court-Spring Term 1871-
Edward ARMSTRONG for Gibson SLOANE vs.Benj.ROCHELLE and others)complaint
the Plaintiff complains and alleges that the defendants on the 28th day of
October 1868 executed to him as executor of Gibson SLOANE deceased their bond
due six months after date for $280.30. That in said bond they pledged their
stock household and kitchen furniture for the better security of said bond.
That no part of said bond has benn paid. Therefore the plaintiffs demand
judgment for the sum of $280.35 with interest on same from 28th April 1869 and
costs of this suit and judgment against their stock household and kitchen
