Written: 1798

5 May 1798 -Deed of Gift: John Beck (Executor of John Beck Sr.'s will) to 
Benjaman Easom and Gideon Eason. John Beck Sr. in his lifetime bought land 
from his son John Beck lying on the heads of Panther Branch for which he 
never retained title and he bequeathed the lands to his grandsons Benjamin 
and Gideon Eason, sons of John Easom. There were two pieces of land on the 
head of Panther branch being part of several surveys being part of sundry 
surveys which George Frazier sold to the said John Beck, beginning on the 
head of Panther Branch and runs along Daniel Potts line, Grays back line. 
Wit: Saml. Slocumb and John Carraway.
