ESTATE OF WILLIAM KORNEGAY

William Bostick Bond  1837

State of North Carolina Duplin County

Know all men by these present that I William Bostick are held and firmly bound 
unto Whitfield Grady in the sum of Six hundred dollars good and lawful money of 
the United States to the true and faithful payment where of I bind myself my 
heirs, Executors, and Administrators firmly by them present signed by my hand & 
Seal and with my seal this 22nd of April 1837.
The conditions of this obligation is such that whereas the said W. Grady is 
Executor of Wm. Kornegay dec and hath this day paid back to the said W. Bostick 
the sum of six hundred dollars the share allotted  to the said Wm. Bostick by 
the will of Wm. Kornegay now therefore is any debt or debts truly owing by the 
said Wm. Kornegay dec shall hereafter be sued for and recorded or otherwise 
hereby would appear that then if the said Wm. Bostick shall will and truly 
return and pay his rational part of such debt or debts according to the share 
allotted to him as aforesaid. Then the above obligation shall be void and if no 
effect otherwise to remain in full force and virtue
