Petition for David EVANS - 1834

To the honorable the General Assembly of the State of No. Carolina
We the under Signed, do pray and request that your honorable body will
restore to credit, David EVANS of the County of Duplin, for a misdemeanor, 
not of value more than twenty five cents and we your humble petitioners 
do ever pray that your honorable body will hear the prayer of your 
petitioners, November 13th 1834.
