LANDS OF WILLIAM KORNEGAY

Notice
 The Conditions of the renting of the lands belonging to the heirs of Wm. 
Kornegay Decd  Dyn to Geo. W. and Thos. H. Kornegay is as follows – the renter 
will take the fence as it finds it with the liberties of rail timber on said 
lands separately with the liberties of Thos. H. Kornegay rails around the old 
field on the north side of the road to repairs the fencing on the South side of 
the road leading from the Northeast to Goshen to be rented out for the term of 
twelve months the renters giving their notes with two approved securities before 
they take possession of the said lands.  Jan 22, 1838
