1A 418 Elijah (sign) Bowen to Meshack Stallings, both of Duplin Co., 
15 Apr 1786, for 140 pds. specie 200A on the upper end of Benjamin 
Fussel's land, beg. at a stake in his cornfield, to a gum in Fussel's 
Creek.  
Wit: Shadrack Stallings, John Duff.  
July Ct. 1787.
