Indenture made March 31, 1780 between William Bush and Asher Pipkin both of 
Sampson, for 50 pounds land in Duplin on the north side of Goshen Swamp 
joining his own land adjacent to Pipkins own corner containing 103 acres.
Witnesses: John Bush and John Holland
Registered: April Court 1780
