Indenture made August 6, 1780 between Edward Dickson and Frederick Lewis both 
of Duplin, for 60 pounds land in Duplin on the west side of the North East and 
both sides of Maxwell Swamp adjacent to Alexander Holland land, Jack Andrew 
Mallard corner containing 150 acres.
Witnesses: Abraham Beasley and Charles Huggins
