1A 162 Jacob Fussell of Philadelphia, Pa., by his atty. Tomothy Bloodworth
to William Duff of Duplin Co., 10 Apr 1784, for 40 pds. proc. 360A in 2
tracts: (1) 300A beg. at a poplar tree on a branch near the line of
Benjamin Fussell's land near Rockfish Creek; (2) 60A beg. at a stake in
Rockfish Road.  
Wit: John Duff, Thomas Devan, Junr.
