Bk 4A  p. 406  JAMES LANIER, planter, to JAMES GARNER, both of Duplin Co., for 
$75, 150A on the NS of Cypress Creek, being part of a survey patented by JOHN 
LANIER & from him willed to sd. JAMES LANIER, beg. at a pine on OBADIAH 
EDWARDS' line on a path about 20 poles E of Hog Pen Branch, the beg. of the 
patent.        
Wit: JOHN LANIER.  
Dated 28 Dec 1810. 
Jan. Ct. 1812.
