$3,200, 425A in 2 tracts to wit: (1) 300A on the SS of Long Branch, beg at a 
maple on the run of sd. branch, adj. WILLIAM BECK & WILLIAM BROADHURST; (2) 
125A on the SS of Long Branch & ES of Goshen Swamp below WILLIAIM BROADHURST'S 
planta., beg. at a black gum & ash on the main run of Goshen Swamp, joining 
sd. BECK'S corner & ROADHURST.
