Abstract of Deed by HRG
      Book 5, pages 187 & 188. James Lockhart to William Grimes.
Dated: 16 October 1777. 100 acres for 20 pounds. South side of 
Persimmon Swamp, between Rutherford's and McIntire's line, being the 
contents of a patent granted by Governor Martin to James Gillespie 
bearing date 22 July 1774, then to James Lockhart bearing date 
30 January 1777.
