Abstract of Deed by HRG	  
     Book 3, page 121. Bryan Grimes to John Grimes. 
Dated: 4 January 1831. 268 acres for 500.00 dollars. Only my father, 
James Grimes, lifetime acceped on the premises and being on Hall's 
Marsh. It being the plantation where I now live. Located on the Runs 
of Rudy Branch and Hooker's Marsh.
Witnessed: John Watkins and James Swinson.
