Abstract of Deed by HRG
     Book 2, pages 80 & 81. James and Lewis Grimes to Frederick Hines. 
Dated: 22 February 1828. 645 acres for 900.00 dollars. On the North 
side of Goshen Swamp and on the west side of Hall's Marsh to the head 
of Half Way Branch and to a stake at James Grimes and Jesse Swinson's 
corner.
Witnessed: John Watkins and Daniel Jones.
