Abstract of Deed by HRG	  
     Book 6, pages 51 & 52. William Grimes to Will Hunter.
Dated: 29 March 1778. 100 acres for 54 pounds. West side of North 
East Branch of the Cape Fear River and on the South side of Persimmon 
Swamp between Rutherford's and McIntire's line, being the contents 
of a patent granted to James Gillespie bearing date 22 July 1774, then 
conveyed to James Lockhart, then conveyed to William Grimes.
