Abstract of Deed by HRG
     Book 8A, page 104. James Grimes to Joseph Grimes.
Dated: 2 February 1796. 100 acres for 68 pounds. James Grimes for 
good causes and consideration him there intomoving. Tract of land on 
south side of Goshen Swamp and on the West side of Grimes Mills 
Branch, being part of a parcel of land that was laid off by a 
committee appointed by the Courts of Duplin Co. for ascertaining his 
share of his deceased fathers property.
Witnessed: Joseph Dickson and Jerimiah Pearsall.
