Abstract of Deed by HRG
     Book 5, pages 10 & 11. Willis Grimes (Ship Wright) to Amelia 
Ivey. Dated: 3 March 1774. 100 acres for 32 pounds and ten shillings 
(L32.10.) Land lying in Duplin Co. on the West side of Beaver Dam 
Swamp to the mouth of Gum Branch. Land being granted unto the said 
Willis Grimes by patent dated 11 December 1770.
Witnessed: David Jones and Thomas Ivey.
