Indenture made December 5, 1783 between Frederick Lewis and Austin Beasley 
both of Duplin, for 43 pounds land in Duplin on both sides of Maxwell Swamp 
adjacent to Alexander Hollands corner, James Sheiffields corner, Andrew 
Wallers corner containing 150 acres.
Witnesses: Solomon Busby and Alexander Armstrong
