1A 34 John Magee to Ebenezar Garrison, both of Duplin Co., 13 Dec 1783, 
for 30 pds. specie 135A on the Es of Northeast Branch of Cape Fear River 
& on a certain branch of Muddy Creek known by the name of Marsh Branch, 
being part of the planta. whereon sd. Garrison now lives on & the SS of 
sd. Marsh Branch, beg. at a gum & to the back patent line of John Magee 
dated 22 Dec 1779, & to James Blaks corner.  
Wit: Charles Bostick, William Farrior.
