1A 137 William Magee of Duplin Co. to John Magee (co. not given) 23 Nov 1784, 
75 pds. specie 400A on the Marsh Branch joining Muddy Creek where the sd.
William Magee formerly lived in 3 planta. to wit: (1) on the SS of Marsh
Branch; (2) on the NS of the same branch where John Magee's store is; (3)
one in the fork of same branch, being the tracts of land that William Magee
bought of John Woodward, Jacob Brown, Richard Keen, Ebenezar Garrison. 
Wit: William Farrior, Andrew Laws, John Farrior.
