Indenture made October 17, 1752 between Alexander MaCulloch of Edgecombe Co, 
NC and Samuel Lewis Planter of Duplin Co, for 24 pounds land in Duplin which 
tract Samuel Lewis formerly dwelt upon at the head of fork at Hoe Branch 
being the north east branch of Black River containing 150 acres.
Witnesses: William Cullan and James Playse?
