Oates of Sampson Co, NC for $800, 235 acres in Sampson Co on the south side of 
Goshen Swamp and west side of Young Swamp part of a plantation where John Fort 
formerly lived, adjacent to William Turner.
Witnesses James Blackman and John Oates
February Term 1801 proved and ordered to be registered
