16 Oct 1800 - William Stevens to Jesse Oates, both of Duplin County, NC for 129 
pounds, 72 acres, a plantation tract of land being a small part of said Stephens 
old survey on the south side of Young Swamp, adjacent William Beck, Oates old 
corner.
Witnesses John Barfield and William Beck Junr
February Term 1801 proved and ordered to be registered
