Co., 12 Feb 1789, for 215 pds. 200A in 2 tracts to wit: (1) 150A on the NS of 
the Golden Grove, beg. at an ash below the bridge on the run of the Grove 
Swamp, crossing Buckskin Branch, being a tract bought by the sd. ROUTLEDGE of 
MARGARET EVANS adj the 1st tract, beg. on BS of Buckskin Branch, beg. at a 
pine FELIX KENAN'S corner, Joining MARGARET EVANS & FELIX KENAN.
