Indenture made September 28, 1793 between Asher Pipkin of Sampson and William 
Bizzell of Duplin Co, for 30 pounds land in Sampson on the head of the 
branches of Goshen adjacent to Wiggis Branch, Pipkins corner, Francis Elmore, 
Slocumbs line containing 295 acres.
Witnesses: Thomas Livingston and William Beck
