Indenture made September 28, 1793 between Asher Pipkin of Sampson and William 
Bizzell of Duplin Co, for 30 pounds land in Sampson on the head of the 
branches of Goshen adjacent to Wiggins Branch, Pipkins land, Francis Elmores 
line, Slocumbs line containing 295 acres.
Witnesses: William Beck and John Langston
