1A 452 James Wright of New Hanover Co., to Jacob Wells, Junr. of Duplin 
Co., 8 Sept 1787, for 200 pds. 440A on the NS of Rockfish Creek, a place 
called Potter's land, adj. & between Hawkins' or Duff's line, James 
Phebus' line, & Shadrack Stallings' line. Elizabeth Wright also signed 
the deed.  
Wit: Daniel Teachy, Jacob Bony.  
Oct. Ct. 1787.
