Indenture made September 1, 1772 between John Roberts of Dobbs Co, NC and 
Jesse Pipkin of Sampson, for 15 pounds land in Sampson on the waters of the 
North East on the head of Wolf Branch adjacent to Isaac Hines line containing 
100 acres.
Witnesses: Samuel Albertson and Isaac Hines
Registered: Oct'r Court 1772
