Duplin Co., 17 June 1785, for 25pds. specie 160a on the NS of Goshen Swamp & 
the ES of Bear Marsh, beg. at a pine JOHN WINDERS' corner, to HENRY HALLY & 
THOMAS BRADLEY'S lines, to a place called Calf Pen, being a part of a tract of 
320a & now transferred to sd. SWINSON.
