Bk 4A p. 158  JACOB MINSHEW to JESSE TURNAGE, both of Duplin Co., 16 Aug 1808, 
for $320, 250A on the SWS of Cabbin Branch, beg. at a pine on the SES of sd. 
branch PHILIP STONE'S patent corner, which land includes part of a patent 
granted to sd. STONE & part of a patent granted to sd. LANGSTON, incl. the 
house and planta. whereon he now lives.
