Abstract of Deed by HRG
     Book D2, pages 88 & 89. James Grimes to Levin Waller.
Dated: 12 April 1827. 170 acres for 600.00 dollars. North side of 
Goshen Swamp and east side of Hall's Marsh beginning at white oak on 
Swimson's line along Solomon Jones line to the dead of Pearce's Branch.
Witnessed: Isaac Grimes and Nathaniel Waller.
