Duplin County, NC - John Britton to Samuel Williams, 1791 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Duplin County Deed Book F, pg 175 Indenture made on 29 Dec 1790 between John Britton of Onslow County, NC, Cooper, of the one part, and Samuel Williams of Onslow County of the other part for the sum of 10 pounds good and lawful money of North Carolina paid by Samuel Williams to John Britton, said John Britton do sell and convey and grant unto said Samuel Williams a parcel or tract of land in Duplin County on the east side of the North East River and west side of Limestone Creek, beginning at John Humphrey's line and runs to Joseph Johnson's line and containing 150 acres, being a parcel of land patented by John Britton in Duplin County dated 3 Mar 1785.
