15 January 1784 -- RICHARD WILLIAMS, planter, to JEREMIAH WILLIAMS, both of 
Duplin County, N. C.,  150 pounds for 75 acres, being part of a plantation  
sd. RICHARD WILLIAMS purchased of JOSEPH WILLSON, beginning at a red oak to a 
corner tree of BARNET BROCK'S . Witness: JOHN PARKER, CHARLES GOAFF, JOSEPH 
WILLSON. Proved July Court 1785.
