Book 3A, Duplin Co., Deeds

p.430.  THOMAS HOOKS to JAMES WINDERS, both of Duplin Co., 10 Sep 1796, for 75 
pds. 108a on the SS of King's Branch, being a part subdivided from sundry 
grants & deeds of conveyances belonging to sd. HOOKS, beg. at a holly & sweet 
gum in King's Branch on CHARLES HOOKS' line, along THOMAS HOOKS' patent line 
to a pine his corner, to HENRY CANNON'S old corner, to a poplar in King's 
Branch, the dividing corner between him & JOHN SOUTHERLAND, up King's Branch 
to sd. SOUTHERLAND'S other corner. 
Wit: CHARLES HOOKS, SUSANAH HOOKS.
