State of North Carolina Duplin County To the Sheriff or any other lawful Officer, to execute and return within thirty days, (Sundays excepted) You are hereby commanded to take the bodies of Lewis OUTLAW, and Lewis OUTLAW (of John) If to be found in your County and thence safely keep, so that you have them before me or some other Justice of the Peace of said County, to answer the complaint of James W. HERRING in a plea of debt, for the non-payment of the sum of Ten dollars due by note Herein fail not, and have then and there, this your warrant.
