She is the widow of Benjamin ROCHELLE who enlisted in Co.A., 38th regiment, N.C. State Troops, on or about the fall of 1862, to serve in the armies of the late Confederate States. Whe was married before Jan.1868, and that she is now a widow, and has been for 12 months previous. Signed Indianna ROCHELLE June 7,1910. Plato Collins, C.S.C Certificate of Witness-M.W.BROWN, resides in Hallsville, RFD, and Wm. THOMAS, who resides in Hallsville, RFD. They say that they are acquainted with Indianna ROCHELLE, the widow of the late Benjamine ROCHELL of Co.A.,38th Regiment,N.C. Troops. Signed:M.W.BROWN, Wm. THOMAS Application approved.
