JOHN WILSON 
Of North Carolina, Duplin County

   John Wilson's widow, Elizabeth Wilson, applied for pension because of the
revolutionary service of her husband, when she lived in Duplin County, North
Carolina, in July, 1839, and was then 66 years of age. She stated that her
husband served under Captain Shuffield. Enclosed is a paper with the following
names and dates, (presumably the children of her marriage to John Wilson):
Daniel Wilson, born 1793; Alexander Wilson, born 1795; James Wilson, born 1798;
Rebecca Wilson, born 1802; Catherine Wilson, born 1804; David Wilson, born 1806;
Thomas Wilson, born (_____); Elizabeth Wilson, born 1813; Mary Wilson, born
1814; Sarah Jane Wilson, born 1818; and Morgan Wilson, born 18__.
