Kenansville Duplin Times May 24, 1946
Seaman W. S. Martin Receives His Discharge

W. S. Martin of Kenansville received his discharge April 10th after serving 29 
months overseas in the Southwest Pacific. He was in the Invasion of Luzon. He has 
three battle stars and served on the S. S. Stafford, Destroyer Escort.
