Wilmington Chronicle  Aug. 4, 1796 August 4, 1796
 To Be Sold by private sale, the plantation in Duplin County known by the name 
of the Old Court House, whereupon MR. KEENAN LOVE lately lived. Also 300 acres 
of land in said County, just above Rock Fifth and 300 acres in New Hanover on
